Fantastic performance by KS2. We are so incredibly proud of each and everyone of the children they are amazing.
Mr Pomeroy & Miss Battishill ran the Great Western Run last Sunday. They both did fantastic. Well done to the both of them! Our very own staff superstars!
Year 5 had an amazing time in London! I am so proud of how they took part in every activity with enthusiasm and positivity. They were a credit to the school with many commenting on how well-mannered and well behaved they were. I wish we could do it all again! Mrs Rowe.
Some of our Year 6 class took part in the Exmoor Challenge last Saturday. They did incredibly well on a very hot day and we are very proud of their achievements!
On Wednesday, we hosted the annual Wilcombe Wobbler. There were two events, which saw a total of 24 schools attend and nearly 400 children running. It was a huge success, and all of the children were AMAZING. Many of our classes came out in the sunshine to cheer on all of the runners. Every runner that represented Wilcombe were fantastic especially in the heat. All of the schools that attended commented on how great it was to be part of the day.
Wilcombe came away with 2 gold medals in the Year 3 and 4 races; Scarlett and Toby took gold medal in their races.
