Breakfast and After School Club
We are pleased to offer both a Breakfast Club and an After School Club for pupils who attend Wilcombe. Please see below for further details regarding our clubs. Should you wish to book a place for your child or find out further information please contact the office:

Breakfast Club
Our breakfast club runs Monday to Friday from 8am to the start of school, breakfast is free and available to all children. Children need to be in school by 8.15am in order for them to have breakfast.
Please go to the car park entrance gate to buzz for breakfast club.
After School Club
Our after school club is open to all children from Monday to Friday from 3pm to 6pm, children attending after school club must book in advance for one of the following options:
Session 1 - 3pm - 4pm £4.50
Session 2 - 3pm - 5pm £9.00
Session 3 - 3pm - 6pm £13.50
On arrival a drink and a small snack is available and at 4.30pm children are offered a light snack of toast, crackers etc.
All payments should be made in advance and must be paid on Arbor.
Please note; our After School Club is currently full on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (As of May 2026).

Please email the office (wilcombe@thsp.org.uk) to book your place and state the day and time that you require. Please note; our after school club is full on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. If you're booking a session less than 48 hours in advance, please telephone (01884 253025) the school office to book your place.
