Breathing Activities

Breathing activities can be really grounding for children (and adults), try practising these at home with your children so that they become an automatic tool to use.  Once automiatic, the tools can then be used when children are nervous, overwhelmed, excited or to get on track to focus.  Which ones do you like best?
